FIND YOUR INNER PEACE HERE
⇷☓⇸
Bisma Cottages is one of Ubud’s finest retreats which offers high quality relaxation and tranquility away from the hustle bustle of the busy centre allowing you to unwind by the pool, with a cold drink and all the time in the world.

Located on Bisma Street, it is only a ten minute walk to the Monkey Forest and twenty minutes to Ubud Town where the Ubud Market and Ubud Palace are located. Bisma Street itself has an abundance of eateries, spas and galleries set amongst rice paddies. The cottages also offer a range facilities such as a welcoming pool, wellness spa, book library and bicycles.
If you find yourself in Ubud, then I would highly suggest
booking a few nights here for an utterly unique experience.
Highlights
- Fantastic local tours on offer
- Superb cottages with great views
- Having a relaxation day at the spa
- Swimming in the mornings
- Exploring the surrounding areas
Deluxe Cottage

During our time at Bisma Cottages we opted to stay in the
Deluxe Cottage as this was perfect for our requirements and we certainly enjoyed our time there.
You can either choose to stay in the ground floor room with a large balcony offering garden views or the 2
nd floor offering partial rice paddy views. Room facilities include a comfortable queen bed with mosquito netting, desk, air conditioning, free WiFi, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, full size refrigerator, Tea & Coffee making facilities, microwave, private bathroom with bath and shower, hot and cold running water.
What you get

The room is only a few years old fitted with floor to ceiling windows and tastefully decorated in a Balinese style. The sunsets from here are just breathtaking and we honestly wished we could have stayed here a bit longer.
There are also other rooms available such as the
cottage.
Activities
The pool

This luxurious pool lures you in with its bright clear blue water which is excellent most days when the sun is beating down on you or after a hard day of exploring around Ubud. It has a fantastic little water fall which flows into the pool and creates the ultimate relaxing atmosphere. Be sure to grab some food and drinks and make the most of your day here.
Have a massage

There are many styles and types of massages available at the wellness spa so be sure to treat yourself to at least one while you are staying at the cottages. Click
here for their list of options.
Go on an adventure

They offer two different tours: Bisma Cottages Full Day Tour or the Mt. Batur Sunrise Trek which I would highly recommend doing on one of your days in Ubud. It is a great way to get out and about and you haven’t got to worry about anything. You will get to see plenty of temples, rice terraces, waterfalls, coffee plantation and of course the incredible volcano.

Summary

This place is absolutely beautiful and I am so glad that we chose to stay here for a few nights – its definitely worth it!
The room was spectacular, with traditional but modern Balinese influences and amazing views right from our bed. The cottage itself is super welcoming and the staff are so friendly, they can honestly not do enough for you to make your stay that little bit more comfortable than what it already is.

The rooms, beautiful pool and Wellness Spa are hands down the best part about Bisma Cottages! The location was amazing and with the added tours that are available it honestly has everything you could possibly wish for.
If you are in Ubud and you want to have a unique experience, I would highly recommend
